Great Fish Products!

Hi. One more post for today. I wanted to post a great product that I rely a lot on. This would be Ocean Eclipse Premium Seafood. I have only tried the Tilapia, but there are many kinds, including Alaska Polluck, Salmon, Catfish, Scallops and many others. My kids don't like fish, but this product is sold in single packets in 4 oz servings! It cost $0.99 at my grocery store! The 2 lb bags have each piece in inner vacuum pouches too, so it is great for any size servings. Many of their products are stamped with the Marine Stewardship Council certification. I line a baking sheet with tin foil, put my fish on and broil on the top setting for your rack for 5-6 minutes on each side. All I add to each side is some seasoning. One I use is McCormicks Garlic Herb. I also use Tastefully Simple Everyday Grillin'.
